Our flyers are printed on a 300gsm gloss board, full-colour to both sides, and the price shown includes delivery. There is no VAT on flyers**. We offer 3 services – a fast, medium and short turnaround. We also offer a Trade service to customers ordering regularly. If you want to order flyers & posters together, call or email us for a package price.

Terms
Prices are inclusive of VAT & delivery. Paper weight may vary from 300-350gsm dependent on timescale chosen but will never be less than 300gsm.
Payment Methods: We accept all major payment methods. A £3-per-5k discount is offered on flyers for direct bank transfers or cash paid into the bank.
File Types: for fast-turnaround flyers, we ask for TIFs or JPEGs. Failure to supply these file types may result in a £5 file-alteration surcharge. Please read our design guidelines.
Service Levels: "Trade" prices are available only to customers paying with regular orders. Trade customers schedule their work in advance and know that files must be TIFFs or JPEGs to our specs, i.e. artwork, payment & delivery details are supplied at one time to us. No guarantees are made on trade turnaround; generally its a same-day print but is only guaranteed* to be up to 5wd.
6,4,2 - Day - We undertake to despatch work within 6-8, 3-5, or 1-2 days of receipt of print-ready artwork and payment respectively.*

Any smaller sizes are charged as per the area they are cut out of plus a £15 cutting fee. You may split items within sizes using this feature i.e. a pass & square flyer from an A6 - note you will lose 3mm per side due to double bleeds. Special sizes such as 85x55mm or cuts out of sizes may take an additional cutting time of 1wd.
Turnarounds do not become valid until receipt of print-ready artwork and payment. If both are received before 9am that will count as the first working day, otherwise the following day is the start date.
Delivery will be made between 9 and 6pm to the address indicated on the supplied invoice which you should check carefully. We operate on the basis that this is a business address and accessible within these hours; if this is not the case you should make arrangements to be on the premises from no later than 9am on the day of delivery. Its also your responsibility to notify us should deliveries fail to arrive, we cannot verify your deliveries for you unless arranged.
Orders once placed are incapable of cancellation as they will go immediately to print regardless of whether payment has been made. However despatch may be delayed if payment is not made promptly.
*You agree that Cocoa CC shall not be held liable for any financial, third-party or other liability should we fail to deliver on the stated date. Turnaround times imply simply that we will always aim to despatch in this time. Cocoa CC make no commitment that if circumstances outwith our control transpire we will assume liability for such. In addition once the order is despatched the job is then in the hands of our couriers, we can take no responsibility for failure on their part to delivery and their liability is limited to the cost of the delivery only in case of failure. **VAT may be charged on flyers if more than 25% of the printed area is to be filled in and returned/redeemed with the client. If your flyer conforms to these specifications we will contact you to arrange payment of VAT.
